About Us
I work from a village called Wimpole in South Cambridgeshire, and have been here since 1993.
I have some 30+ years in the electronics industry; having left university in 1977 with a degree in electronic engineering, I spent the next 12 years working for GEC, ITT/STC and a couple of smaller design companies, designing computers.
Carole and I established Moncraft in 1989, as a electronic design consultancy incorporating hardware design & software engineering, working with Rank Xerox, Nortel and Airbus (amongst others). As a small sideline we undertook to provide PC support to the local communities.
In 2010 we decided to change the emphasis of the company, I wanted to concentrate on the PC support work in the local area, which is what we now do.
