Terms and Conditions
The hourly charge for PC repairs and associated works is currently £35 per hour.
If we come to you to provide that service, that is also the minimum charge.

If you require a receipt, an invoice must be requested when the service is delivered.
We accept payment by cash, cheque, card, or bank transfer.
The work is considered complete when cleared funds arrive in our bank account or you pay us with cash; cheque and card payments can take up to 3 working days.
A 10% surcharge will be added to the total for accounts that remain unpaid after 28 calendar days.
All works are undertaken on the basis of an agreed plan once agreement has been reached and are at your risk.
We are specifically not able to carry out work that requires the use of a ladder.
